These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyMeet.io platform and related services (“Services”) provided by MyMeet.io (“Company”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

License:

Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services, subject to the limitations specified in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Account Creation and Maintenance:

Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including usernames and passwords, and for all activities that occur under their account. Users agree to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.

Cancellation and Refund:

If you subscribe to an annual plan and are not satisfied, you may write to us at support@mymeet.io within 30 days of purchasing the subscription, and we will issue you a refund. It will be credited to your bank account within 6-7 working days.

All content, materials, and Services provided by the Company are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our Services or materials without our explicit written consent.

Pricing:

Prices for our Services are subject to change without notice. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue Services at any time without liability.

Payment:

All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases made through our Services. The Company is not responsible for any payment issues that arise due to the third-party payment processor.

Prohibited activities

Unauthorized Use:

You may not use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to distributing malware, engaging in hacking, or violating any applicable laws.

Reverse Engineering:

You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to obtain the source code of any software provided by the Company.

Service Use Meeting Conduct:

Users must ensure that their use of the video meeting services complies with all applicable laws and regulations. The Company is not responsible for any illegal activities or content shared during meetings.

Content Sharing:

During meetings, users can share files and use features like real-time chat and whiteboards. Users must ensure that any content shared does not infringe on intellectual property rights or contain harmful material.

Service Delivery Platform Role:

MyMeet.io serves solely as a platform to connect professionals with their clients. The Company is not responsible for the delivery, quality, or outcome of the services provided by professionals. Any disputes regarding service delivery must be resolved directly between the professional and the client.

AI Meeting Summaries and Transcriptions AI Tools:

The AI meeting summaries and transcriptions are provided using vendors’ APIs. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of these AI-generated summaries and transcriptions. Users agree that the Company is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the AI outputs.

Technical and Network Issues Platform:

While we strive to maintain the reliability and availability of our platform, MyMeet.io cannot be held responsible for any technical issues, network interruptions, or other problems that may prevent users from accessing or using the Services. Users acknowledge that technical issues may arise, and the Company disclaims all liability for any such disruptions.

Liability and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

Indemnification:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from (i) your use of and access to the Services, including any data or content transmitted or received by you; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any right of privacy or intellectual property; (iv) your violation of any law, rule, or regulation of the United States or any other country; (v) any claim or damages that arise as a result of any of your user content or any content that is submitted via your account; or (vi) any other party’s access and use of the Services with your unique username, password, or other appropriate security code.
